The following are just 4 steps in my progressive 7 step action plan that I will take to help you purchase your dream home.
1. Ask Profound Questions - get to know you, as my client, and what your wants vs. needs are.
2. Dig Deeper - truly find out what your main objective is in purchasing a home in order to get you to that goal as quickly and easily as possible.
3. Respect Your Time - I won't waste your time showing you properties that don't fit your needs and wants AND I won't try to show you properties that are out of your "comfort zone" in regards to price.
4. Oversee - I will oversee all of the many contractual details and be your pilot in this often complicated and stressful process. Did you know there are often more than 100 phone calls and 40 signatures to every purchase - before the signing at close of escrow!
